What contaminants does HydroNest remove? +
Our systems remove 99.9% of contaminants including chlorine, lead, mercury, bacteria, viruses, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, and microplastics. Each system comes with a detailed contaminant removal report.
How long does installation take? +
Most residential installations are completed within 2–4 hours. Commercial systems may take 1–2 days depending on complexity. Our technicians work cleanly and efficiently with minimal disruption.
Is the water safe for babies and children? +
Yes. Our purified water meets or exceeds WHO and EPA standards for infant and child safety. Many pediatricians recommend purified water for formula preparation.
Products
How often do I need to replace filters? +
Filter replacement frequency depends on your water quality and usage. Typically, pre-filters are replaced every 6 months, and main filters every 12 months. We send you reminders automatically.
What is the difference between RO and UV purification? +
Reverse Osmosis (RO) removes dissolved solids, heavy metals, and most contaminants through a semi-permeable membrane. UV purification kills bacteria and viruses using ultraviolet light. Our premium systems combine both for maximum protection.
Do your systems waste a lot of water? +
Our latest generation systems use advanced water-saving technology with a 1:1 pure-to-waste ratio — significantly better than older RO systems that waste 3–4 gallons per gallon purified.
Service & Support
What is covered under the warranty? +
Our 5-year warranty covers all parts, labor, and system components. It does not cover consumable filters (which are part of our maintenance plans) or damage caused by misuse.
Do you offer maintenance plans? +
Yes. Our maintenance plans include scheduled filter replacements, annual system inspections, priority support, and performance monitoring — all for a flat monthly fee.
What if I move to a new home? +
We offer a relocation service. Our technicians will uninstall, transport, and reinstall your system at your new address for a nominal fee.
